Separately itemized accessorials and reimbursements are excluded unless agreed otherwise in writing. Under our agreement, the fee is due after you receive payment for the corresponding load, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Tell us about your truck
Discuss your equipment, authority arrangement, preferred lanes, schedule, and rate goals.

Complete onboarding
Review and sign the service agreement and limited dispatch authorization. Provide your carrier profile and required documents.

Confirm availability
After carrier verification, confirm the truck’s empty location, availability, and driver hours so the search can begin.
You retain final authority over your equipment and operations, and may accept or reject any proposed load.
Do I have to accept every load?
No. You approve or reject each proposed load before we confirm booking. Your preferences guide the search.
Can you work with a leased-on owner-operator?
We first confirm that the carrier whose authority you use permits outside dispatch support and identify its authorized representative. Carrier documents and booking information must match that operating carrier.
What documents do I need?
A completed carrier profile, signed service agreement and limited dispatch authorization, W-9, current certificate of insurance, MC/USDOT and authority information as applicable, and factoring details and notice of assignment if you factor.
How do freight payments work?
Freight payments remain payable directly to you or your authorized factoring company. You pay TransLink’s separate dispatch service fee according to the agreement.
How soon can you find my first load?
We begin searching after onboarding and verification are complete and truck availability is confirmed. Booking timing depends on suitable freight, location, equipment, driver hours, broker approval, and your preferences.
Do you guarantee rates or weekly revenue?
No. We do not guarantee load availability, rates, mileage, revenue, profitability, or continuous work. We evaluate available opportunities against your needs.
